Achieving USDA organic certifications on Young + Healthy Fit products was crucial in upholding our standards. We nourish our own children with organic-focused foods and products, so it was important to include this personal virtue in products for all children. We chose to pay for and include additional certifications for our protein bars, like GFCO and Non-GMO Project Verified. We've built our products to offer the gold standard in quality for your little ones.

our dedication to social wellness

Young + Healthy Fit is committed to giving back to our community through donating to various youth-based charities. Our first donation will be made to Youth Villages, whose priority is helping neglected and abused children as they navigate some of the struggles that life can throw their way through behavioral, mental, and emotional support services.

In addition, we are committed to using a portion of profits to help pay off student lunch debts nationwide, as we believe no child should be at risk of going hungry.

We passionately founded Strong + Sexy Fit in 2017, hoping to help people worldwide in their quest for wellness. Since then, we have watched our products support life-changing transformations from 100,000+ of our customers across the continent. Our humble beginnings as a fitness ebook company grew into our ever-expanding line of successful supplements today.

Our family has grown since these beginnings, as we've been blessed with three incredible little ones who have become the center of our universe. As vital as our health and fitness are to us, our children's well-being has become our top priority. We're driven by a fierce desire to give our kids the best possible start in life, both physically and mentally.
